QuestionI just bought mine recently and only 2 leds on the fans are working the one fan in the front middle and the back fan the one on the top and bottim aren’t

- Answer If you open the back of the case, you can trace the wire coming out of the fan to a little back box mounted to the back of the case. It will be a thin wire with a capped, 3-hole connector on it, and you have to plug it into the matching 3 pins on the box.

QuestionOne of the RGB fans is working but no lights. Downloaded ASROCK RGB Sync and still won't turn on the LED's . Emailed Asrock and turns out that there is no support for that motherboard B365m IB-R any suggestion?

- Answer Same thing happened to me, take off the side of the computer, not the glass side, and find either a 3 or 4 pinned wire and plug it in and it should work!

- Answer I would recommend taking out the ram that it comes with. It uses one that is hard to get online, and expensive too. I would recommend getting a CORSAIR brand 16GB ram and putting it in there. Be careful when putting it in, since if you put it in wrong, you might burn the ram.

- Answer Hello, The PC does not come with a remote but you can adjust the lights with ASROCK RGB Sync which you can download from the ASROCK website. It has more features than the remote! The system does not include a separate LED strip, all lights are already installed in the computer. Thank you for your questions!

- Answer 1. When you see “The computer restarted unexpectedly” error message press Shift + F10 on your keyboard. This should open Command Prompt. 2. Enter regedit and press Enter to start Registry Editor. 3. Once Registry Editor starts, navigate to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\Status\ChildCompletion and double click the setup.exe in the right pane. 4. Change the Value Data from 1 to 3 and click OK to save changes. 5. Close Registry Editor and restart your computer.
