If you open the back of the case, you can trace the wire coming out of the fan to a little back box mounted to the back of the case. It will be a thin wire with a capped, 3-hole connector on it, and you have to plug it into the matching 3 pins on the box.

Take off the non-glass panel carefully and there should be an RGB controller plug with two 3pin spots not connected. Find the two cables (3 pin connections), match them up and plug them back into the small black box towards the middle of the case. Be sure to try it out before putting the side panel back on.
