Same thing happened to me, take off the side of the computer, not the glass side, and find either a 3 or 4 pinned wire and plug it in and it should work!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.All you have to do is open the right side that’s coverd and look for a little square shaped board that has led and there should be 4 connected and if there’s not look for the missing one by tracing the one that’s broken
