QuestionI got this computer on Christmas. It has crashed everyday since then. I talked with customer support at iBUYPOWER, and they are positive that I received a faulty CPU. What can I do about that?

- Answer Yes I bought 3 and 1 was COMPLETELY FAULTY, you need to DEMAND an exchange for them selling you a faulty PC

QuestionI just purchased this PC and along with others have the same problem with the RGB is there a chance someone could come by and fix it for me or is there a link to a video. I can’t seem to follow the directions other users gave.

- Answer after taking the metal side panel off, there were four unattached cables. it was obvious that the cables fit onto the pins that had nothing attached to them. attaching the cables fixedthe issue.

- Answer Hello Tracie, Yes, you can add RAM to this system. This system comes with 1 stick of 8GB-DDR4 RAM and there are a total of 4 RAM slots on the motherboard. Please note that we would recommend taking out the existing RAM or purchasing the exact RAM stick that came with the system, as using two different RAM sticks may cause issues. QuestionI bought this as well as the Samsung CHG90 QLED Gaming Monitor. Will the PC be able to handle the 32:9 ratio at good frames or will I have to only use half of the screen?

- Answer Hello there, Since this PC has a DisplayPort video output, it can run the Samsung CHG90. Expect to see high frames because this PC can easily run most current game titles. - Answer Most computers these days dont need a built in capture card as you can use OBS, windows game bar, Nvidia’s overlay, or AM’s overlay to capture videos, recaps, or to livestream. Recording or streaming with your graphics cards overlay, however, will be much faster than than OBS

QuestionNo signal to monitor - I’ve tried plugging it into the graphics card HDMI slot as well as the other, no luck. I’ve verified the monitor works on other devices, fans on the graphics card turn on with the rest but can’t get a signal to a monitor or TV

- Answer Hello Brett, I had this problem too. Turn all power to the PC off and look at the graphics card from the inside of the PC near the mother board. The slot should be completely covered. If you see any gold strips on the back of the card where it connects, there will be a toggle switch on the right side of that socket. Flip it to the down position and push with slight pressure on the right side of the graphics card until you hear a slight click. It should seat the GPU in place after that turn the power back on and it should connect
