Hello Brett, I had this problem too. Turn all power to the PC off and look at the graphics card from the inside of the PC near the mother board. The slot should be completely covered. If you see any gold strips on the back of the card where it connects, there will be a toggle switch on the right side of that socket. Flip it to the down position and push with slight pressure on the right side of the graphics card until you hear a slight click. It should seat the GPU in place after that turn the power back on and it should connect
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue on the two I've bought. On one the circuit board on the inside of the desktop wasn't pushed in all the way. And on the other one the cable on one of the circuit boards wasn't plugged in. So opening up the side panel and check to see if everything is plugged up. That should fix the issue.
