“I just purchased this PC and along with others have the same problem with the RGB is there a chance someone could come by and fix it for me or is there a link to a video. I can’t seem to follow the directions other users gave.”

after taking the metal side panel off, there were four unattached cables. it was obvious that the cables fit onto the pins that had nothing attached to them. attaching the cables fixedthe issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found the LED connection block to be on the side of the computer that does not have the nice fancy glass. Unscrew the panel and you should see about a 2.5"x2.5" square with cables plugged into the sides (depending on how many LEDs are out maybe only one.) There should be 2-3 cables that are loose ends, those are the ones that go into the LED connection block. Don't force them in, the connection should be fairly simple and smooth to go in. Good Luck!
