On the front of the computer there are 3 fans but the bottom one is working but the rgb lights are not. I downloaded the ASROCK RGB Sync but it does not work. Is there a solution to this problem? Also what type of DDR4 memory does it support? null

Take the bake. Panel off and on the back there a place we’re you can plug the led into its a simple fix took 2 min

Hello, We're sorry to hear your fan isn't working. This may be due to a loose cable, as this can happen during transit. If you find where the working fans are plugged in, you can plug the loose cable in there as well. If you are still unsure of what to do, you can also contact our technical support and they can help lead you through the process! I'm not quite sure what you mean by what type of DDR4 memory the system supports, as DDR4 memory is already a type of memory. Thank you for your questions!
