Is there a bay to install DVD drive? null

Unfortunately no...but there are 2 usb 3.0 slot at the top for an external dvd drive, or 3 usb 3.0 at the rear.

Nope this is a digital build type of pc. You can always look up the manufacturer's site and download what you need from there.
