“Does anyone know which ports are 3.1 and which are 2.0? I read that the top two ports are 3.1 but there are no markings on the four on the rear of the case.”

I believe that there are four 3.1 ports and two 2.0 ports. On top of the desktop are two of the 3.1s (as mentioned) and on the back of the desktop there are four more ports. I would say that the two higher up ports (with blue) are the 3.1s and the ones beneath (in black) are 2.0s. The ports on top of the desktop are blue as well so it would only make sense.
