• Pull the cover and check your wire routing. Happened to me I found out the extra coil of wire for the wireless card was hitting my fan to my GPU,

• Likely your fans just kicked into overdrive. Streaming can be CPU Heavy so this should be ok. MSI has some apps that will let you monitor your CPU/GPU Temps, I would look into those and make sure you're keeping things cool enough.
