“The cd (Gigabyte and utilities cd) that came with the desktop, how do you download it if unit does not have a cd drive?? Not sure what it is for. Bought it for my son.”

Just look at the software then look the name up it will be a driver download had the same issue

Please try again later.Donna, you will need to either by an external disc drive, download the drivers after you connect to the internet, or copy the drivers to a usb thumb stick. Honestly I found that this product was not put together well and had to take it back. Then the new one I exchanged it with I also had to take back. Both were due to hardware issues. I would suggest you exchange the desktop for a better brand name then this one. Luckily I had the funds to upgrade to an Alienware and am loving it so far.
