• It depends on your settings, It would be best to use active converters to adapt the display ports to HDMI or the other way around.

• I'm using 3 monitors and 2 are hdmi and 1 is displayport. They display same resolution without a problem. And if you using a 2070 card you wouldn't be using the VGA.
