I have this PC and it runs at 3.2 GHz. The processor is an Intel Core i7-8700 @ 3.2. Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.One is CPU speed and the other is the GPU type. In this case you are looking at marketing. Sometimes a company will advertise the maximum turbo speed (CPU) and other times they advertise the CPU base clock speed. 1060 and 2070 are video cards with the 2070 being one generation newer. I do not know what CPU you are referencing but there are different models with different speeds in each generation. Here you may be looking at two different generations, two models from the same generation of any mix of the two.
