- Answer This tower does not come with a disk because it does not have a disk reader or player. So having a disk is of no use. I believe everything is pre-installed on the SSD.

QuestionMine came with instructions for a remote but no remote came with it. Am I missing something? And 2 small pieces fell out of the box when I opened it. Wth!

- Answer Pretty sure it doesn't come with a remote anymore but you can adjust all the lighting on the computer with the app. Look for folder ASrock Utility

QuestionI bought this a week ago and it is giving me a lot of problems. Whenever i move my mouse in game the textures shake, when im playing an fps once i stop moving the textures have an earthquake effect. Every driver is updated, I have tried everything online.

QuestionI have second SSD that would like to put and use as storage. However, second slot seems to be blocked by power supply. I can screw SSD onto slot, but opening where cables should go through is blocked by power supply. What am i missing? Thanks!

Questionbought this, got it home and attached kb mouse eathernet hdmi output and no joy. Does this 2070 need a specific resolution to output onto a new big screen TV ? Re installed my older puter and hdmi cable and same big screen/hdmi input worked fine.

- Answer You will need a monitor with G sync and at least 1440p 144hz to enjoy its potential. A tv is not good for pc.

- Answer open your case and make sure the fan is plugged in. you might have to open both sides to if your not sure which plug it is and follow the wire from fan to motherboard

Questionmy audio and voice jacks came not working, both my headphones and microphone work on separate computers, the ports are too large and my cables are correct, is this covered by the warranty?

- Answer It’s probably the headset. See if you can switch over to a usb headset. They only work if you have a mic that uses both and even then sometimes it can be iffy. Go usb if you can for headsets it’ll make your life easier I promise
