The computer runs great but can’t change lights , have called Ibuypower twice now and the first time was in hold for over 3 hours this time for two, I was next in line and the music stopped and I was left in limbo, just want to know what software I need null

Find out what manufacturer makes your motherboard, and then visit their website to download their RGB software. For example, if you have an ASROCK motherboard, you can go to ASROCK's site and download their Polychrome RGB software!
