Can It be used for streaming and high end editing null

For streaming is fine. I never high end editing. Sometimes lags and delay little bit. I didn't install much applications. Only play CS:GO and dota2. Also i didn't customize the Windows 10. My answer is depends on which game will you streaming. I have 1GB internet and i have no problem with anything except 1 min delay each day.
