“Hi there! So this computer was working very nice at first however when I started playing fortnite my screen and cursor would freeze, however the fans were still on. I was playing on all low setting and 120 fps. Is it a issue with the monitor(60hz) or PC?”

Hello, This may be a Fortnite related issue. We suggest trying some other games to see if the same problem occurs, and trying the monitor on other devices if possible. If you think it is a PC issue, you can give our tech support a call at 888-618-6040 and they will be able to assist you!
