We are unable to provide specific FPS information as that is dependent on in game settings. This computer can run Rust well so you should have no FPS issues. The issue with people receiving different parts than advertised was only limited to a small batch of systems. If this does happen to you, Best Buy will allow you to return the system and you can have it exchanged.
