“since i got this, i can't adjust the volume with my pc controls! i have to use the controls on my speakers to do it. can't adjust headphones either. can adj. using volume controls from videos i'm watching. how to fix?”

answer is, they won't do anything! store got looted. store got closed. store opened. was told to bring it in. said two to five week backlog. unacceptable i responded. said i wanted a pc that worked. i wanted an exchange. they said, it's past the 15 day return. i said, you weren't open. they said,that was nothing we could control. they have a record of my problem, [volume controls don't work out of the box] from day 1! i don't want to leave my NEW pc there for weeks. i need it here! they sold me a defective unit, and now i,m stuck with it! did i say they want me to pay for repairs?
