answer is, they won't do anything! store got looted. store got closed. store opened. was told to bring it in. said two to five week backlog. unacceptable i responded. said i wanted a pc that worked. i wanted an exchange. they said, it's past the 15 day return. i said, you weren't open. they said,that was nothing we could control. they have a record of my problem, [volume controls don't work out of the box] from day 1! i don't want to leave my NEW pc there for weeks. i need it here! they sold me a defective unit, and now i,m stuck with it! did i say they want me to pay for repairs?
