“Does this computer come with the RGB remote? The box looked previously opened and the accessory bad was half open. There was no remote, but the manual says there's supposed to be one in the bag. Also, there is a screw missing on the case.”

Hello Mack, We are starting to not include remotes with our systems. However, you can still control the lights with ASROCK RGB Sync, which you can download from the ASROCK website, and has many more features than a remote! Thank you for your question!
