“So i just bought this pc about a week ago and noticed my internet was being slow so i ran a speed test and im getting 90mbps which i should be getting 480mbps. i have another pc and when i run a speed test on that one i do get 480mbps. please help.”

I'd recommend running all windows updates to be sure all the drivers are updated. Go to Settings -> Network and Internet -> Change Connection Properties. Be sure you're Profile is set to Private and Set as metered connection is off. Maybe run the troubleshooter after all that. Check you're ethernet cable. Try it with WIFI and with Ethernet Cable. I suspect its either your drivers, or you're ethernet cable is bad or your be limited somehow. Run windows update, reboot, and run it again and again till it says you're up to date.
