• Hello, This PC does come with a 2070 Super. We use a variety of graphics cards brands depending on what we have in stock, and not all manufacturers make them the exact same way, so some cards may look different, but they are all 2070 Supers.

• The specs are different because the RTX 2070 Super comes in two different variations. One is the silver dual fan graphics card which is the one you're referring to. But there is a triple fan version of the graphics card aswell and that's the one that comes in this pc. Hope this helps.
