So glad i chose this pc
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just got this pc yesterday, and man can I say the performance, looks, and overall gameplay is amazing with this beast. The i7 & 2070 Super pretty much plays any game with the best graphics at 60+ FPS. So far i've been able to use max shaders on minecraft with 80+fps, played LoL at 200fps and apex with 150fps. Definitely going to try more games but so far as I can tell, there wont be a game this thing cant play at max. I did have an issue with fan light not turning on, but as the other reviews stated, it was a very simple plug in and it worked right up. This pc is also EXTREMELY quiet, ive never owned a pc quite like this one. I dont even hear it even when running games with max settings. The keyboard and mouse are pretty decent aswell. I was able to setup the pc and start playing in under 30 minutes. I highly recommend this pc to anyone looking to improve quality and gameplay with high settings.

Great so far
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this PC at the price of $1450 and so far so good. Its very fast and quiet. Didnt care for the design on the website but after seeing it irl looks very cool. I'm running games like MHW and WoW on the highest settings, with no issues. League can be run flawlessly as well at 240+ FPS. They also throw in a keyboard and mouse. Keyboard looks good, dont really prefer it for gaming, mouse looks good and can be used for gaming imo. I bought this for the longhaul so hopefully it stays great. Bestbuy was very quick in getting it prepared and shipped to me so I appreciate that. Definitely recommend, for prebuilts, this is the most bang for your buck I could find after days of research.

Great Computer and Easy to Upgrade
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this PC back in December from Bestbuy for about $1300 and this was a great deal. I was looking for a PC which could run some of my favorite titles at a stable 144 fps or higher and this did the job. Any game I have played so far can run at at least 144 fps on max settings. This is a great PC for anyone who doesn't know how to build one themselves and still wants a computer that is good. When I first bought the computer and brought it back to my house it was pretty simple to setup and play right out of the box. But, when I turned it on, one of the RGB lights for one of the front fans came unplugged, but I was able to plug it pretty easily. The computer is good overall and for the price I got it for, it was worth my money. I recommend this PC for anyone who wants to start gaming right when they plug it in and don't want to have to take the time to build their own PC.

Excellent Product. Wrong Specs
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this PC for a few days now and it runs great! Its very fast and quiet. Best Buy customer service is awesome as well. My only complaint is that this item's specifications state that it has DDR4 3000 mhz but in actuality it comes with DDR4 2666. I feel that this information needs to be accurate. I know I can return it but its not worth the hassle even though DDR4 3000 was one of the reasons when comparing different pre-builds that I finally decided on this model over a similar MSI model.

Awesome PC!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Loving this computer. Runs nice and fast, super quick boot up. Now if I just had fast internet to go with it. :D Running WoW at 130 FPS with settings maxed out. Video card has a nice crisp, clear picture. I did have to adjust the cables since my top fan in the front wasn't working, but after I adjusted them, everything works just fine. I was going to build my own gaming PC, but after pricing out parts comparable to this one, it was actually cheaper to just buy prebuilt, and it saved me the time of putting it together myself. Definitely no complaints on this PC. I love it! It's great for the games I want to play.

Great PC for the money!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had my old pc for a little over eight years and it just died on me. I have been researching PCs and what to buy. This PC had all the bells and whistles I was looking for at a great price. It is super fast and has an ample amount of storage. My only complaint is the keyboard is a little clunky and I might have to upgrade it. Other than that if you need a PC look no further. Dell and other manufacturers are too overpriced! Look no further!

Great Machine and easy to upgrade.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to get back into the world of PC gaming to share my love of creating an enjoyable experience with my children. I look into building a PC with my sons, but the cost was not worth it. This is a powerful machine with room to grow with my kids. I am not disappointed at all with the computer and would recommend it to anyone. The machine runs quiet, the RGB lights are amazing, the keyboard and mouse are good enough for now. But I do see myself upgrading to something else and moving this down to my office setup.

Q: QuestionCan I upgrade the ram from 16 to 32 ? Also is this ddr 4 ram ?
Asked by Milkman.
- A:Answer Hello, Yes, you can upgrade the ram from 16GB to 32GB. We would recommend taking out the existing ram, as using different RAM sticks may cause issues. The RAM in this system is DDR4-2666. Hope this helps and please let us know if you have any other questions!

Q: QuestionComponents list by manufacturers ? I want to be sure that I can upgrade in the future. It has ASRock mobo what which one ? Can I install install NVMe M2 storage ? Bluetooth 4.0, 4.2, 5.0 ? Same with the other components. I want to full list please
Asked by makin.
- A:Answer System Integrates, of this scale, pretty much use what they have available. You might have 100 computers built with a Gigabyte GPU, and another 500 with an MSI GPU. This applies to every aspect of the build (with the exception of the CPU). From my understanding, the mobo is at least a Z390. However, they are all consumer-grade (with the possible exception to the PSU, which are usually production/private grade). So once you buy the system -- you can see what parts your computer was built with and then build further upon that. My biggest upgrade will probably be a different CPU cooler, and maybe another SSD/NVMe m.2. For this particular build -- the all stars are the i7-9700f (locked, no integrated graphics), and the RTX 2070 Super. Those two items alone put this system at $800-900. With the $1199 sale -- that's simply an amazing deal. I've NEVER bought a pre-built system...but I couldn't pass this one up.

Q: QuestionI bought this recently and the back fan does work but the RGB lights dosent show up
Asked by JABaskhelp.
- A:Answer Mine had the same issue but with one of the front fan rbg lights. What you need to do is open the other side and check if that plug is loose or not plugged in at all just plug it back in and it should work. There are four plugs btw make sure all of them are properly connected as you do this.

Q: QuestionHello, My main purpose for buying this PC is for photography, I love it. my question is about the front of the tower. I believe all 3 fans are supposed to light up. Only the middle one lights up on mine.
Asked by Eileen.
- A:Answer Hello Eileen, We are sorry to hear only 1 of your 3 RGB lights are working. We recommend opening up the side of your case and follow the wire from each of the fans that are not lit with your hand. Sometimes the fan cables can become loose during transit and a simple unplugging and replugging can fix the problem. If this does not work, please give our Tech Support a call at (888)-618-6040 and they will be able to assist you in further resolving this. Our Tech Support hours are Mon-Fri from 8:30am - 5:00pm PST. Thank you and please let us know if you have any other questions!
