“I bought this model yesterday and I noticed that the middle RGB fan isn't rotating however the lighting is operating as expected. I was wondering if this is controlled via software or likely a hardware malfunction or connection issue. Thanks.”

• I’d guess malfunction. The 4 fans surrounded by rbg led always run. Spin and lights. The three on the graphics card should be the only fans that aren’t always on.

• So that is probably a wire unplugged somewhere in the back of the case you'll probably need a screwdriver to get to it but that is the same issue I had with mine as well.
