Sorry I don’t know the CPU cooler clearance. As for the fans on top I do know it has ventilations on top and you can take the magnetic guard off. For the controller you might want to check their website and the motherboards website which they use a Gigabyte motherboards. The type of motherboards it is is Gigabyte B365M. I hope this helps and I’m sorry I don’t know the CPU clearance.
