• If the fans are not spinning the cable must of came loose.

• Hello, It sounds like your fans are set to only spin if the computer is heating up. You can change fan settings in the BIOS if you would like. We also recommend checking to make sure your system temperature is normal to ensure that the fans are not malfunctioning.
