“I am just now downloading and getting my computer setup for work. I noticed how quite it is and noticed that none of my three fans are spinning. Do they activate and start to spin after it heats up or should they always be on?”

If the fans are not spinning the cable must of came loose.

We also recommend checking to make sure your system temperature is normal to ensure that the fans are not malfunctioning.
