Does this pc run Gta Fivem null

It will definitely play GTA V. The Intel Arc GPU is also getting better and better at the older titles with every update. If you happen to have an equivalent NVIDIA or AMD GPU that you are testing it against, the ARC will generate slightly fewer FPS, but still very playable. If anything, I would recommend picking up a cheap 16GB 3200MHz RAM kit and this machine will work excellently!
