• A:Answer Hello, We are unable to specify the motherboard model as we use a variety of brands in our systems depending on what we have in stock. It can work with 3200Mhz RAM, but the max speed is 2933mhz on the motherboard, so the RAM will automatically run slower.

• A:Answer It has a 10th generation intel processor. The motherboard is a new socket meaning that the number of pins on the board is changed. So no the board will not support the i7. But if you want a motherboard for the i7 you can get this one

Q: QuestionCan I replace the original 240GB SSD with a new 1TB NVMe SSD? Is there pre-installed software that I would need from the original SSD or can I switch them out immediately?

• A:Answer Hello, Yes you can replace the included SSD with an NVMe SSD. Windows is installed on the 240GB SSD, so you would either have to move it onto the new SSD or download a new version.
