MIne was a gigabyte gaming oc, but I'm pretty sure it could be any gpu brand based on what stock they have at the time. That probably applies to the LHR situation as well. Since they don't manufacture non LHR 3080s anymore (except for founder's edition) it's likely that the GPU will be LHR as well.
