    Excellent System With Some Caveats

Purchased this PC about a month ago and the first one that arrived was dead on arrival. I did see that the system is built with tested components but the finished system is not tested. Not a huge deal to perform an exchange but was a little disappointed about the delay. With that being said I will say that this system is pretty impressive given the current situation with the chip shortage going on. Any game that I have played I can have at max settings, RTX on, and get 165 fps to match my Dell Gaming Monitor. I have also done a few upgrades to this system as well. A 1TB Gen4 NVME SSD and 16 more gigs or RAM. Which that isn't needed but I wanted it. I do have the factory SSD and an extra Gen3 SSD installed and setup in RAID 0 and the load times are nonexistent with that SSD storage. My unit came with the same Asrock motherboard I've seen other reviewers mentioned, and an Aorus Xtreme 3080. The graphics card stays cool which is impressive since the case, while pretty, doesn't have great airflow. So why 4 stars? Here's my reasoning for that. The HDD that is installed for bulk storage is not functioning, I haven't troubleshooted this much aside from checking SATA and SATA power but I haven't spent anytime since day one. The other issue, which is more pressing is that one of the AIO fans is not working, and feeling the exhaust from the top of the case it's pretty warm. I don't have a spare fan lying around so for now it will have to do. So to summarize, this system is quite good and very powerful. However, if it doesn't come ready out of the box, troubleshooting this is beyond the skillset of the average person. Being an IT professional it's not hard work for me, but not work I want to do spending a large sum of money on this PC. I would still recommend it though.

Everything awesome but where are the AIO fans?

I got a fantastic prebuilt with a slight amount of disappointment. Let's get that out of the way first! The images and description on bestbuy showed that the 240mm AIO would be mounted on the top and have its own fans. However, it showed up with the AIO attached to the front in push configuration. This blows hot air into the case which isn't the worst thing in the world, but should definitely not be your first choice configuration. Especially rough here since there's only one exhaust fan. I wish they could've just included 2 more fans and top mounted it. I'll do it myself once I get some fans in the mail. Another thing is that there was a sticker over the backplate telling me to not use the video outputs there (because it's an f series CPU) and when I tore it off it left a ton of gross gooey residue... The good stuff! Amazing 11th gen i7 processor with an overclockable motherboard that I can upgrade with a gen4 ssd someday. Cool rgb fans, ram, and AIO that are easy to configure. Super powerful Gigabyte Gaming OC RTX 3080 (swapped with a msi 3060 in this picture, just testing things out) and a pretty classy looking case with lots of room for future upgrades. Definitely the pros outweigh the cons and I would happily buy another iBUYPOWER computer in the future.

Bought this for the rtx3080 experience and I am not disappointed. My last card was a GTX 1070 so the jump here was an amazing experience. Wish it had more USB ports, but no other complaints. Usually a minimalist, but the RGB AIO, fans and RAM look slick.

First I got was crap but the replacement was excellent. When getting it pls check the quality inside your cpu if bad ask for a replacement. For $2,499 know the worth of your cpu. Now I’m happy. AUROS CPU. Runs very smoothly.

Was very skeptical of buying a prebuilt as I have always built my computers myself but with how expensive components are I decided to just buy a prebuilt and was recommended this company. Was very surprised by just how amazing the build quality was and received very high quality parts on all of my components. Will be recommending friends and family to purchase computers from this company!

I usually build my own PC's but the price of an RTX 3080 is almost the same as a whole new PC. So, I bought this PC on the 13th of October. Due to failures of a previous RTX 3080 card in a different purchased PC (returned for a refund ay BB!) I run benchmarks daily. So far, all benchmarks have been stable and within a percent or so of any other I've run. No overheating or other issues noted for CPU or GPU. The Water Cooler for the CPU is quieter than any of the fans on any PC I've ever owned or built. No more CPU fans in my future. The video card barely runs its fans unless I'm in an intense gaming 3D situation with fire, reflections, and multiple people or bots. Usually just a gentle breeze, not a hurricane. I drive a Dell 2K curved monitor. The PC wakes up from sleep in two or three seconds by touching any key. NVME drives are great! The keyboard is quiet, no clicks, and has RGB backlit keys. The mouse has RGB stripes and wheel. It is good enough I game with it. All in all, this is a really nice PC for running any applications or games at all. If you need more than 16 GB of memory it is easy to access without a big fan block to contend with. I am very impressed with build quality on this unit. Yes, I would buy another one and recommend it to all.

I was searching around for a great gaming PC for a while but due to pricing and supply shortages, getting what I wanted was hard. Some of the prebuilt sites couldn't delivery to my address or any friends addresses in the Midwest. Luckily I found a great iBUYPOWER PC at my local Best Buy one sale for a decent price, still a bit high. I was able to purchase and pick up the same day. So far it has been running great, letting me play Halo Infinite with no issues.

One complaint. but kind of glad it came with windows 10, so lets get the complaint out of the way first, and than to the good parts, if anything changes i will come back to edit the review Complaint---In the description it says this computer comes with windows 11 but it did not, it came with windows 10 and it says this pc is not compatible with windows 11, pretty sure all i have to do is go into the Bios and enable the setting called Intel Platform Trust Technology. which is very easy to do but some people may be scared. that should enable the setting you need to run windows 11 on this pc. if you do not have TPM 2.0 enabled you can use windows 11 for some reason and its saying that is the reason this pc is not compatible with windows 11. This pc runs amazing so far, this is what was inside, Intel i7 11700KF processor, PNY RGB RTX 3080 Graphics card, ASRock C/Cac mother board, ADATA XPG ax4u32008g16a RGB memory and its actually pretty good, not sure what power supply brand, and it had the ibuypower liquid cooler with the fans for that mounted on the top. In not that familiar with PNY products so hopefully it keeps doing what its doing but all i can say so far is this pc is pretty darn good. it runs excellent for gaming, video editing, live streaming games to YouTube and twitch and all that good stuff. under heavy load pcu and gpu temps stay around 40-45 degrees Celsius seems like a awesome pc with descent stuff inside, runs great and as long as it keeps running the way its running its a awesome machine

Overall a great pc. Only problem I see is case cooling issue. Not much airflow into the case causing the gpu to heat up but fixed it by setting a manual fan curve to turn gpu fans on at lower temps which seemed to fix the issue for now. Great bang for your buck if you're trying to get your hands on a 3080. Mine did come with the PNY gpu which I was upset about but at this point I am not going to return and wait for a new one because who knows if I would get a better gpu with the current shortage.

It is very apparent that the people at BBY/IBP are paying attention to these reviews because a lot of the detractors I saw from prior reviewers have been addressed. The rig has very clear instructions on how to set it up, remove fillers and tape, and all the wire management makes functional and aesthetic sense. Worked perfectly at first boot, Win11 pre installed and hasn’t thrown any bugs or issues my way. Without overclocking or modding it’s running 99% in GPU benchmarks and 98% overall pass mark score. Very happy with my product, it also shipped within a week and showed up when it originally had estimated it to!

Overall nice PC, well built, just had a few minor scratches(inside tower and on gpu),even with that it looks amazing. Plugged in power cord and accessories, turned on and worked flawlessly. I would definitely buy again. "My 2 cents" A bit pricey though due to the shortages from crypto currency mining resulting in hoarding, etc.

The iBUYPOWER pre-built PC I bought is very powerful indeed. Well built, and securely packaged, it arrived right on time. Great value for the price, and so far I have experienced little problems with the product, nothing that wasn't easily fixable. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase, great job iBUYPOWER!

Came with a MSI Gaming X Trio 3080. Build was a little wonky they had the 240mm aio attached to the front intake fans so onky one exhaust fan was installed. Once I moved the aio and its fans to the top of the case as an additiinak exhaust temperatures inside the case plummetted. The case itself is very nice, the entire front pops off to reveal the intake fans and their mesh debris cover. The top has a thumb screw so you can easily take off the top cover and clean the mesh debris cover up there too. Has way more 2 5/3.5" mounts than i will ever use in the case. The kobo is a little cheap compared to the rest of the pc but it supports m.2 gen 4 and had a reinforced pcie slot for the gpu. They did not include the mounting bracket for the gpu.

Total tech phone support is a joke.

My review was a 5 star before I updated to windows 11 on 10/26/21. It was perfect until updated to windows 11 and having geek squad agents try to repair it over live sessions over the internet. I purchased this pc on 10/16/21. After the update to w/11 the pc was awful. Geek squad tried multiplie times to do tune ups thru live sessions, And it caused it to go into recovery mode. Unusable without wiping it and starting fresh. So I took back to store and returned it and paid a 100 more and got the same pc except with a 3080ti this time. I got the TRACEMR1003TI. I was with in my time period of return or exchange. And Best Buy in store told me it would take 2-3 days to repair and since I’m a total tech customer I get the New pc in less then 2 days. No brainer there. I won’t update to windows 11 and hopefully everything will be fine. Btw this pc worked actually very nice until I updated to windows 11. Side note. The total tech warranty is pretty good. How ever if you try to call geek squad you will get people in South America that barely speak English and literally have far less knowledge about pc’s then a 8th grader. If you need to use your total tech warranty I would recommend taking it to a store. You will thank me later, as calling someone in South America is a horrible experience. No one answers the phone that is able to clearly speak English and understand it. Also when a expert tech started working on my pc they somehow got it locked into recovery mode, which it was useless at that point. But the biggest rip was that they didn’t email me or call to tell me that I have to take it into a store. I called of course and they geek squad from South America said the expert must still be working on your pc. I just laughed and said the ox is in recovery mode. And your knowledge of pc’s are lacking a lot. They did make me a fast in store appointment tho. Side Note: The keyboard is different then what’s pictured. Which no one else mentioned. I’d say the keyboard that actually comes with it is bigger and has more buttons even a huge volume knob. I would recommend this item but only if windows 11 is not updated. I got the pny gpu, and asrock cpu. The rgb lighting is rather frustrating as it only changes the leds of the vram and 4 fans. It has other options to change other things but none are able to be changed. And the rgb system is very slow at opening up. This is my first pc. And while I clearly don’t know a lot. I can sure share my experience. I will also update this if allowed since I don’t own it anymore, but I will definitely share my review if the née pc with the 3080ti.

Completely impressed with iBuypower! This configuration has handled everything i threw at it! I am playing Warzone while streaming to FB, and still have over 130-140 FPS. I thought i originally had an issue with my graphics card, support was very fast to reply, some trouble shooting and ready to send an RMA, until i figured out it was my older HDMI cable that was causing the issue.

I got the PC delivered to me and it came earlier than expected. It ran well out of the box, everything worked, the RGB lighting is nice, and it is pretty quiet even while gaming. All games run amazing with high settings and high frames. The only issue is that it didn't come with as many fans as I was expecting based on the picture. The AIO was mounted in the front, so there were only 4 fans in total instead of 6. I just mounted the AIO to the top and added a couple more fans that I bought and all was perfect.
