Take the front panel with the logo off(use small flat head or fingernail) and work your way from top or bottom and it will come off easy with no damage.Take off side GLASS panel off. Take off the removable screen off the top of the tower and the smaller one under the tower by the feet. Take computer to coldest room of house and set up and launch whatever games that have been crashing. If you are able to play them longer before they crash after you took the steps I stated it means you have a cooling problem. This PC runs hot and any demanding game will crash it. AIO 240 like the Corsair iCUE H100i Elite Capellix Liquid CPU Cooler OR an air like the Noctua NH-D15S will fit and solve cooling problems. Easy to install 30 minutes tops( plenty of how to vids) and $90 to $120 out of wallet depending on what option you chose. There are cheaper coolers out there but these are the ones I have used and know work. If you dont want to mess with it take it back if you can and go with a CyberpowerPc with same specs because their towers seem to have better airflow.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
