Yes depending on the MB you will need to download the corresponding program from the MB manufacturer. Our Systems use major brands such as MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte and ASRock. Which MB you received it dependent on brand availability at the time of assembly so as the community member stated if you have MSI MB you can follow their instructions on RGB installation, though each website should have instructions on how to do so.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem. You need to download RGB mystic lighting software off of MSI's website (who makes the motherboard). From there you may have a problem saying you need to be a Administrator, I had to change my account to "local" in the settings and make a new windows log in, then it started working. Hope this helps.
