• Check the connections inside the case. It is possible that they came disconnected during shipping.

• Geek squad recommended exchanged for a new one when this happened on my 2nd exchange. They said it's a hard thing to fix. I'm now on 4th exchange. They keep arriving broken. Good luck on yours.
