“My speaker stopped while in use and turned off. When I turned it on the blue light was flashing. I tried restarting, resetting, and checking the Bluetooth connection. The blue light continues to blink. What else can I try?”

if the top blue light is flashing fast its trying to re-pair to your device. best bet is to forget the connection and re-pair it like the first time. also if the battery is getting low it can sometimes just shut down. remember that you have to push bluetooth button in back to make speaker discoverable.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hold the start button down for a little while longer, the red light should start flashing. Then you should be able to reconnect your bluetooth device. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't with this device. Found a better easier connecting one on amazon that works great!!
