“When i try to pair this on Bluetooth it says device not found. I have a Samsung not iphone what am i doing wrong?”

• Do you have your Bluetooth on the phone and hold the on /button until they pair .find the device in your WiFi on your phone it should find ihome device. Make sure you hold on /off button. On ihome speaker . They should connect

• Please make sure your Samsung is not paired to any other device (unpair if it is in the bluetooth settings) then restart the Samsung phone. Once the iHome unit is fully charged, power it on, then press and hold the bluetooth button fro 10 seconds until you hear a beep. Now you should be able to pair to the Samsung with no problem. Our Phone Support is available Mon - Fri from 8am - 4pm EST.
