1. Unpair/Forget the speaker from your phone. 2. Restart the phone. 3. Turn the speaker on. Press and hold the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds until you hear a beep. 4. Re-pair the speaker to the phone. Best Regards, iHome Support 1-800-288-2792
