“I bought a good quality speaker about 5 years ago. My only issue is that I've noticed if I am using it for over an hour with the volume at medium/high the speaker shuts off because it has over heated. Does this speaker have over heating issues?”

There are no over heating issues reported for this iBT371 unit which was manufactured in 2017. Lithium-ion batteries age, even if they are sitting on a shelf unused. It is also recommended to always use the manufacture charging cable provided with the unit. Please contact our Support Team with the correct model number to have the unit evaluated.
