Q: QuestionI am a big gamer, specifically with The Sims 4 (All expansion packs, mods, etc.) Would this computer be able to handle heavy game play like that? Or would you recommend a gaming computer specifically?

• A:Answer Macs always were 64bit on Sims 4. It took windows a couple of years to come out with a 64 bit version of Sims 4 but saying that... this iMac has an integrated video card that shares 8 GB of system memory.... a gaming system really should have a dedicated video card.

Q: QuestionHas anyone used this model with adobe photoshop? Only have 8gb makes me nervous but I have heard that the processor is so fast that it shouldn't matter too much.

• A:Answer It will be fast with low res, small size images. But if you want to seriously edit more professionally this is not for you. If budget is tight I would invest in a Mac Mini with M2 and at least 32GB of ram. And invest in a 27 monitor. I tested this model in a friend's studio who was very happy just to find out this can only do office or small social media stuff tasks.

• A:Answer I'm not sure about disabling the ID touch on the keyboard. I suggest you call Apple directly and ask. There is a military discount. Go to the Apple website and scroll to the bottom, look for 'military discount' or through the site map. A link to info should be listed there. As a last resort, call Apple and they can take care of military discount.
