I had a sony with car play installed on a 2018 for transit although the installation was free I still had to get a wire harness, face plate and an interphase which altogether came to around $500 I believe best buy has a link to let you know what all you need to get for the installation or best yet get with the best buy radio installer if one is available Once you get your list of what you need I would check around to see where you can get these cheaper and quicker. I got some from Amazon and Auto Zone once I got the part number from best buy. Best Buy was not able to tell me when they could get the parts, whereas Amazon and Auto Zone were able to get these within a few days
