Best Buy Geek Squad (in particular Sergio from the El Centro branch) installed my stereo head unit and subsequently a Viper alarm system into my 2010 Ford F-250. Sergio applied his expertise to the entire process including recommendation, diagnostic, ordering, and install. He knew exactly what would work for my installation (including harnesses and adapters/converters) to meet my expectations. Sergio was extremely polite, respectful, and customer service oriented including his patience with me as I know very little about the nature of vehicle electronics and he entertained and answered all of my amateur inquiries. Sergio completed the install as scheduled, in a practical time frame, and I was more than satisfied the work Sergio completed as my truck was returned to complete factory condition with the install done correct the first time. I highly recommend having this kind of work performed at Best Buy El Centro as opposed to other local stereo shops as I shopped around prior to the install, and found that the other shops did not carry the higher quality stereo head by Sony, and although the cost was a bit cheaper for the install, with Best Buy you have the peace-of-mind that your install is performed using the highest quality materials (such as wires, tape, etc.) that will last for the lifetime of the vehicle, vs. the most cost-efficient to keep the overhead of the stereo shop low. Best Buy stands by their work and their products, while the other guys won’t offer a guarantee for their work. Thank you Best Buy and especially Sergio V. for a job well done the first time! -ShawnM

Best Buy… I can’t say enough about last weeks install day for my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport. Let’s go back…. I had bought the Jeep with a decent system, a Sony receiver, which I kept and had another company put new wiring and marine grade speakers throughout. I keep the top down and a few weeks ago, the rains got the receiver wet and it was non functioning. My genius self thought there was something I could do and just made matters worse. Father’s Day came and I found an open box Sony receiver, bought it and had it shipped to me. I didn’t want to touch it after messing with the rain soaked receiver, so I made an appointment. It was for Tuesday at 12:00. Tuesday came and I had an early doctors appointment the day before. What I had been nursing for months in my pelvic area was given an X-ray , then Ultra Sound the week earlier and results were in. I thought a deep pull or strain. Not quite… it’s Cancer…. Testicular, Pelvic Lymphnome Cancer, a chance at Lung Cancer and there are places in my mouth…tongue and gum cancer. A true shock to all in my circle and my family. Life is changing at a rapid pace for me today, but the Tuesday of the install, I dropped the Jeep off, only to get a call from the the guys doing the work. They needed a wiring harness for the amp to connect right to the speakers, the didn’t seem to have it. I love my music, and if you are like me, bad news seems to push aside when that song is in my ear and taking me along the road, but now it was bad news, no music and family coming in to support. I went back and the guys found the wiring harnes and they needed a little more time. I stated my new found news and it seemed to drive the guys to get the long job done that day. As the job continued, the receiver wasn’t working correct. Rob, the install manager (I believe that’s his name) went to management, explained the situation and the Best Buy manager gave me a brand new receiver in exchange for the faulty one which has been installed. All in all… I don’t know what the future holds for me, but while I’m making my way down the road to appointment after appointment, I’ve got tunes, really loud tunes and the day I hand my daughter this Jeep… she will be able to drive… music on High, smiling thinking about her father. Great install team at Deptford NJ Installed in Jeep JK Make sure you have all necessary parts. “Fits” does not mean everything is included. Needed an antenna connector and harness to use steering wheel controls etc. Also had a Wolfbox digital rear view mirror and a backup camera installed.

The team at Hialeah Best Buy in the install bay should be praised and regarded. These guys are true car enthusiasts and will tell you everything you need and what you don't need. They are honest, enthusiastic, and truly enjoy working on cars.

Finished within time promised. I suggest you NEVER order installation ONLINE！ NEVER！ What you should be doing is to go in in person to the Installation Department and talk to the installation guys and they can explain to you what you need to order and what you wanted to be installed. THEN they can order all the parts base on what you want in front of you. Taking any misunderstanding out of the process. Those guys are very knowledgable. Basically saying they know their stuffs. I did order my audio and installation online and missed 5 parts for my 2012 Sienna. The website doesn't say what parts are needed for whatever function. Couple controll modules and regulators needed for backup camera and steering wheel control were needed and the web says nothing. Eventually got to reschedule for 2 weeks after since they usually don't have all the parts in stock. Once all the parts are in, the audio and rear camera works perfect and looks amazing.

The gentleman at the Tikatnu Commons location in Anchorage, AK did a fantastic job with the installation and everything has been running great!

Daniel @ the Greenville store was very knowledgeable!! He was able to retain all OEM functions on our 2016 CRV SE including retaining the backup camera on the upper screen and having it display in the radio. On a side note, we originally went with a different radio but it didn’t fit correctly with the CRV dash kit. Daniel gave us our options and we decided to go with the Sony radio.

Love it, so happy that I chose to have the Geek Squad install my car stereo. Great Job Jamie, looks awesome, sounds great, and thank you for adding the aux cord. Definitely adds new life to my ride and my kids love it too.

Bobby Townsend and Carlos Gonzalez Espinal installed for us and they did an excellent job. Bobby took as much time as we needed to explain all the functions to us. We have had zero problems and are enjoying the upgrade to our family van.

Devon from the Baytown store did an amazing job installing my radio in my 2017 tundra. He installed the pioneer 10.1 inch green and even show me how to work before I walked out the shop..

It took 4 installation attempts before finally completing the job. I have a 2014 Ford Fusion & it is a little difficult to install an aftermarket stereo and I will say both staff members were kind & never gave up. That being said, the $500 installation kit I paid for (not at Best Buy) should have allowed for steering wheel control but that wasn't accomplished although both the installation kit & stereo says it can be done, neither was the Ford Sync maintained when again, it should have. When I suggested purchasing the additional item that the stereo brand recommended for swc (which I had to begin with but was told by the employee that it wouldn't be needed because the installation kit comes with all the connections needed & to return the part) I was told I'd be charged another installation fee & that it "can't" be done. Why should I have to pay another installation fee when it should have been taken care of already. I definitely won't be going back to that location for any installment work

Best new radio and cd receiver I've had in 40 years. All new KENWOOD system, radio/ am/fm c/d bt and new 6x9 front speakers and 6.5 rear speakers. Installed by Best Buy Lady Lake the Villages FL. Better than new OEM stereo system. I am very happy.

I saved up and bought most of my gear off the internet and from friends. I took all my stuff to local stereo shops near me and they wanted more than what the gear cost to install it. Feeling defeated I thought I would do it myself like back in the day. I started watching Youtube videos getting an idea of the job ahead and opened the Metra dash kit to get the instructions. I saw all those wires and adapter boxes and instantly knew, this was too much for me. A friend suggested I try BestBuy. I drove more than an hour to get to the nearest store. It was well worth the drive. Installer looked at my gear. Then came up with a plan to install what, when and scheduled an appointment. The best part, with Total Protection Plan membership, I saved on all the labor. A week later I came back. Installed the radio and subwoofer with an amp. All my factory buttons still work. Nice clean and professional install. Much better than the electrical tape disaster I was about to do lol. Next week I go back to install the door speakers and another amp. I can't wait. Thanks, BestBuy! I'd like to thank the installer for working past closing time due to me being an out of town customer.

I had my stereo system and backup camera installed at Best Buy, and I’m really impressed with their work! The team was professional, efficient, and everything was installed perfectly. The system works great, and the whole process was faster than I expected. Highly recommend their installation services!
