The installation went okay but i had a couple issued with the gps on my car sometimes it fricked out for no reason saying the i was in other street when i was not and i got lost a couple times

Finished product was great, everything went smoothly. Geek Squad was knowledgeable and informed of everything necessary. Work was completed before estimated time. 10/10 experience as a whole! System in the car sounded great and the look was even better!

My truck is a 2009. This is the 4th time I've had the cell, audio, GPS, &/or rear video enhanced by a pro installer. My Geek Squad guy cleaned up all messes left behind & got the new JVC floater working great with the high-end amp, Bluetooth, Sirius receiver, steering wheel controls & speakers. He fit it in making sure I could still reach all HVAC controls and get airflow from the vents. The old camera was balky, so I bought a new one & he ran new cable; now I can drive around town in reverse if I want. Took time to train me & made sure everything was set up & working.

Amazing service, very professional and couldn't be happier with the results. Replaced my subpar stock unit in a 2018 Subaru Wrx. Everything works just like it should, and I got a full demo of how to setup and change all of my settings for my new pioneer in-dash android tv enabled receiver. The screen looks great, the system sounds great, and wireless android auto is awesome. I got my amp, rear speakers, and sub installed at the same time and I'm looking forward to wrapping it all up with my fronts and components.

Had to wait a month for the install of my Kenwood head, whichI bought elsewhere. I couldn't get the one I wanted at BB so I went online to find it. I needed accessories for the install, which I bought from BB. I had to get the adapter to fit the hole from my factory double din radio online also. I wanted to be able to use my steering wheel controls so I bought the Maestro ADS-MRR from BB too. Well to cut to the chase, the wait was worth it! The install turned out great and since I had Total Tech Support it was included at no additional charge! Great job BB and Geek Squad.

The service was excellent! The boys working installing my daughter Apple Play we’re amazing super kind, funny, and professional!! I really think they deserve a paid vacation!! That’s how much I enjoyed doing business with Best Buy because these hard working installers did an amazing job!! Thanks boys! I will get my son one soon!!!!

I assume this is for the Best Buy Stereo Install for our 2016 Jeep JK. The staff was very friendly and did complete this in a very timely manner the first time around. I did have to go back two different times as my stereo head units appearance wasn’t great. The install kit sticks out on the sides of the unit and isn’t flush with the rest of the dash area. Staticky reception. The unit moves and rattles my whole dash every little bump we hit in the road. It looks like it’s sinking and crooked. The first time the staff looked at the unit and explained this BOSS head unit only has one screw in the top to hold it in place and he tightened it the best he could and pulled the unit out to look more flush with the dash. **Needless to say it was right back to the same condition the next day. I had my husband go with me the next time and it was all the same explanation and we were told this head unit really doesn’t fit well with this install kit because of the one screw mounting they had to do in the original install. They straighten etc. all over again. Still to this day we aren’t happy with the install on our Jeep. We paid quite a bit to have this done and we are still right back at square one with all of the same problems and now we are having issues with controls working, which we assume is from all of the movement in the dash and the unit not being secured as it should be. I feel the ins team should have made us aware of the install kit not being a good fit for the head unit before they started the install. We would have been given the opportunity to change some things so the unit fit properly and we weren’t in the boat we’re in now; which is unhappy and now stuck with it…. Out the money we spent for the unit to be installed…. out of the dated install coverage time frame, and feel we have exhausted the use of Best Buy’s staff expertise (as we are given the same answer every time we went back with the same results and no resolution to date) Please don’t take me wrong as the staff was always very friendly and willing to help when we showed up with concerns, but the same fix and explanation every time. No resolution to date! Just can’t see spending that kind of money again, if not more to have it fixed or completely redone by someone else.

I had a full audio installation in my 1998 Mercury Grand Marquis. Love how the new stereo looks in the console! Sleek, clean, and looks like it was always there. Super impressed how much this upgrade modernizes my 25 year old car.

I don’t think anyone cares about what the consumers want, need, or desire. But I bought a JVC-KW-M560BT. It’s looks nice. But a few times I had to reset the time on it, and the back up camera is acting up, it goes outs sometimes. The phone feature sometimes disconnects from the blue tooth. I took a pic of it. Not a good brand. Been a Best Buy fan for 20 something years. I told my installer what was wrong he said they just do that. I offered to pay $1100 dollars for a new one. He told me the install is a pain in a but I’m not making this up. See photos.

My techs were awesome. Tough to get scheduled but I understand why they are busy. Quick process, guys knew exactly what to do when I asked for a special request. Even took the time to perfectly wire the mic for hands free calling, The wires are totally hidden and I forget it's there.

2012 Honda Today Accord LX Today was a great day! I've been waiting for months to have Best Buy install my new Sony stereo and today it's finally complete! I own my car but I knew I wanted a new updated stereo without having to start car payments all over. And here's the finished project

The installation was fantastic. Recommend getting the car stereo installation done at Best Buy.

System looks great and sounds good in my 40th Anniversary Mustang. The new system adds 2016 technology to a 2004 vehicle. Originally, I chose a different radio, but discovered after the installation that radio did not have HD FM. I didn't realize that until after the installation was complete and I asked the installer to show me how to turn on the HD. When I was told it didn't have HD, they let me choose another radio and the installers swapped them out for no additional charge (except, of course, for the difference in price on the radio itself.)

Marcus was friendly and professional, and lightning fast with the installation of my Pioneer stereo. He made sure to walk me through the most basic operating procedures before I left and was overall very nice. However, perhaps due to the speed with which the installation occurred, the paneling near my center console was not lined up correctly, and somehow a piece of plastic from my shifter console is now no longer present. See attached pictures. When I realized this and called the store only a couple of hours later to ask about it, I was on hold for at least 15 minutes before then being put on hold again for another 5-8 minutes, and then told that he "may or may not" have gone home for the day. I had to specifically request that someone check into it and notify me. I was assured by the girl who took my call that it would be handled with priority and I would absolutely receive a call back the next day. Never received any communication whatsoever. Highly disappointed as even though it may be a small part, it is now missing when it should have never been removed in the first place.

Very clean installation. The kit was tight and it looks great.

The guy that did my install was legit! He knew is stuff! He was efficient, careful with my truck, even upgraded my stereo for a better one, listened and had great customer service skills.

Paid for jk integrated Off road … stereo does not show any display or mode Other then that unit is a big upgrade

Love the head unit! With the add on Maestro RR and new XM receiver and of course Apple CarPlay included this things is great. Responsive and all the options you could want for audio and input. You can even move the icons where you want them and set up you home screen exactly the way you want it. CONN, I wish the screen was about 25% brighter for day viewing then it is that's why I gave it 4 stars out of 5.

This head unit installation was very tricky and Loren Smith nailed it! Sony XAV-9000ES head unit in a Honda s2000??! Yup!

I have a Porsche. It’s a great car and a lot of fun, but everything about working on it is an expensive PITA. The stereo’s are no exception, and a lot of places refuse to work on them at all. The installer at the Southside store in Jax was very knowledgeable and did a great job on a much needed upgraded head unit. Actually got me scheduled and performed the work much faster than I would have thought. I’m ecstatic. My better half will be taking her Jeep in as well soon..
