    Laptop Software

    My laptop settings we off-the-page - made it very difficult to use word and excel The agent was very attentive, tried various settings. You know how invasive Microsoft/and the NEW AI settungs are!!! Well, the agent persistent and WON!!! I was pleased - went home happy but will be back w/other new technology issues that does NOT BELONG ON MY COMPUTER but added by Google Crome. It's My Computer!!!

    Geek Squad tune-up

    The agent helped with the scammers trying to get me to call a phone number and locking my screen which was scary to me. His customer service was great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because after the italic was totally different, sort of faded in some of the lettering, if that makes since.

    Fixed my computer so that I can get my work done.

    My computer is running like a champ! :). No more waiting for it to upload for minutes at a time for every push of the button. I can actually get some work done. I am super happy with the service we received and will return if anymore problems occur.
