The guys from Geek Squad set up our TV and did the technology part. All was done quickly. They were friendly and wore shoe covers. Living in the country, I really appreciated them not dragging mud into the house.

The first time I used remote services the said they had fixed the problem, but it came back almost immediately. The second time, they fixed the initial problem but seem to have created different ones. They charged me extra the first time to go to a more advanced remote help. My PC is usable, but not right.

I was transferred to numerous people who were unable to transfer my WebRoot protection to my new PC. I kept getting different numbers to call which invariably took me to the same people who were unable to help me. They finally told me that for a price of $39.00 they could connect me to someone who could help me - REALLY??? Best Buy sold me the WebRoot protection which I’ve had for years & every year they automatically renew this protection for me but when it came to helping me transfer the protection no one could help me unless I paid to have it done.

The customer service was excellent… However, now my computer is in worse shape than what it was before… To say I’m upset is an understatement… Will never use their Tech team again

The agent was patient and walked me through my problem. She was easy to understand and spoke clearly. We move smoothly the system and contacted another group when I asked for help with a related problem This was a great help for a senior with a hearing problem. She sensed that I was lagging behind and automatically slowed down. I would be happy to have her help with any future problems.

When agent got here he informed me that he did not have a work order that covered transfer of data and that I would have to schedule another appointment. When I went to print something the next day the printer did not work. Had to find another vendor to transfer data and to make the printer work. He said that the printer software was not installed correctly. When I called and ordered the installation I could barely understand the person and he did not advise me that data transfer was not covered with the installation. You guys have a real communication problem and I will think twice before I have the Geek Squad do any more work for me. I have been loyal customer in the past and this is the first time I've had these kind of problems.

The guy tht initially helped me was awsome. But whn i wnt in to pick up n get some help the second guy w long hair wasnt much help....but over all fairly pleased and got done what was needed done.

I was unable to log in to the server with my Thunderbird Mail program. The technician was able to solve that problem, but in the process I lost a dozen or so folders containing emails that I wanted to keep.

Store told me memory reader would walk me through. It did not. Went to store. He showed me. Came home but it didn't work that way. Called remote assistance. They helped and they set up my printer too. They don't help with old laptop of Vista or old desktop of XP however.

My son had been unable to install his MasterCam software on his MacBook Pro. This is a requirement for his Engineering class. Purchased the Wndows parallel and even then was still getting error message with the software. I was ready to spend money on a PC for him when I decided to call Geek Squad as a last resort. The best money I've ever spent ! These guys took care of it with one phone call and no glitches. Saved me a ton of money as I no longer need to buy a PC and my son is now able to use his MasterCam program

My problem with this service is that on the first day we were unable to complete a connection to remotely check the computer and I was told there would be no charge the next day when we were to try again. But on the second day they insisted I had to agree to a second charge which I did reluctantly. That person did connect remotely and they could not solve the problem but did tell me to talk with my internet provider.

After switching to another internet provider, I had major problems with my computer plus my printer no longer worked. After a call to the Geek Squad, my computer problem seemed like a major problem, but after the help from the Geek Squad, my computer and printer are up and running again. Thanks Geek Squad!

I have an on going sign in issue issue with Google. the Geek squad agents tried to resolve the issue remotely but could not. I do not attribute the failure to resolve the issue with the geek squad agents because Google makes it impossible to resolve the issue I have.

I had an issue with my computer. I made a call to geek squad 3 AM in the morning. The representative was absolutely fantastic. Greeted me was very patient was very knowledgeable and resolved my issue immediately.

Looked at my laptop to determine why it could not connect to multiple monitors. They did a good job in looking at any issues that could be keeping this from working correctly.
