The installation was fine and the tech was very friendly however when using tgw reverse camera he could not correct the lines on the display when in reverse and when removing my old camera he cut the wires so ahort that I am unable to install it in another vehicle. Not what I expected

Bought this Boss Stereo for my Chevy Silverado it looks good and sounds great, well worth the money!! The guys at Best Buy did a Great job installing it

Bought Car Deck Kenwood which is working well now that another shop installed it. We waited two weeks to get appointment. I will say I have no knowledge of how the best buy installer is good or bad. My problem was I was unaware it was going to cost me an additional cost of around $450 (for camera connector and usb mounts) to get this "free" install as promised by the sales associate when buying the deck and already supposedly purchasing all the connectors I would need ahead of install date.. Installer and after had called Manager to inquire about this cost and why wasn't this ordered already both actually started a big todo with me and my son over what we were told by the associate and read on the best buy price label. They kept saying it was "basic" free installation and connecting the camera and the usb mounts and the connector were not covered, well why wasn't that part included with the parts they ordered for the install two weeks when purchased, they looked up my car and ordered parts, a rear camera is standard on 2019 Hondas. he saw it and we saw it right there on the screen. I didn't care about the price of those parts, I cared about the two weeks waiting and then it was messed up with surprise $$$ gotta pay more, we gotcha kind of treatment. shady! I also did care that my complaint was now elevated to an argument no apology no inconvenience price offer. no inkling of we will train staff better to explain installation or review our system to know if they are ordering everything, so this won't happen again, It should have never happened. Long story short (oops, already long, lol) I went to Bobs audio got the deck installed in my 2019 honda with the so called $450 camera connector and usb mounts for a whopping $160. Overpriced and try to cover up their failure in communications with their sales associates. Complete Manager fail. I have bought thousands of dollars of stuff at best buy and I have had good customer service in other areas.

Can't say enough about my stereo install. My installer was VERY professional and VERY knowledgeable. Explained everything up front and did a fantastic job.

The install was clean and professional. I was not happy that I was told that there was an additional charge for my steering wheel controls to be added at the time of installation and not before the install appointment. I returned a week after to get the full install completed and was told that I would have to make another appointment for a month later. Not cool.

I like the service and the professional installation service they have,I prefer to pay a little more extra money for a professional service than pay cheap and have a worst service installation.

A few years back I had the Best Buy in Vero Beach install a Sony head unit into an older model Nissan Maxima. It was a tougher job, because the entire dashboard had to be removed to install the stereo, but they did such an awesome and clean job, I swore to always use them. Fast forward to the present when I needed a new Kendwood stereo and Metra backup camera installed. The Best Buy in Vero, no longer had automotive technicians to do the install, so I was recommended to bring my Buick Rendezvous to the Best Buy in Jensen Beach to get it installed. I made an appointment for about week out and visited their Jensen Beach location for the install. Lord, what did I get into with these folks? First they had my appointment wrong and had to reschedule my backup camera to a future date, then the installation kit that I was told would fit my new Kenwood in dash receiver, didn’t actually fit and had to be cut so that the receiver would fit leaving two cuts on each side of the kit and visible to anyone sitting in the front. Also, while installing the head unit, the center air vent was knocked out, and the technician offered just to tape it back (?) or that she could fix it when I came back to get my backup camera installed which is about 6 weeks out. So I’m currently driving around with a hanging center vent. Don’t get me started on how the steering wheels controls don’t match their functions anymore... at least the volume controls still work from the steering wheel, just don’t try to change radio stations. Or how the stereo killed my battery because it didn’t shut off after I turned the vehicle off and left it parked in my driveway. This installation looks more like a high school after school project, than a professional installation. What happened to Best Buy? I used to recommend this place to everyone that needed automotive audio installs, but not at this amateurish level. I gave them 1 star, because at least the stereo works and noise is coming out of the speakers. The only reason I didn’t cancel the upcoming back up camera installation is because I’m hoping that there will be a manager there to fix the mistakes the previous technician made, but I really wish I had never wasted my time and money on this crapshoot. Do yourself a favor and spend a few dollars more and go visit one of the local professional car audio installers, instead of trying to save a few dollars with these amateurs.

I love my new Tesla style infotainment system. It completely modernized my car and works perfectly! The service was great!
