If your stereo system is compatible with the steering wheel controls, yes....or if you buy the adaptive harness kit from the head unit to the steering wheel, yes. I bought a jvc/Kenwood unit, with the harness, and it all works flawlessly in my 2015 Dodge van with steering wheel controls.
