• I'm sorry we do not repair factory equipment. We could put in a new aftermarket unit, usually cheaper than what the dealership would charge you for a new factory unit.

• If it is a factory radio generally not fixable thru bestbuy. If you wanted to they would be able to install a new one for you since it will most likely be cheaper.
