A:AnswerThe only person that would be able to answer your questions would be the installation guy at Best Buy. He would be able to tell you if there is a replacement for your radio and if it can look good too. IMHO, you are better off just getting a new radio instead of monkeying around trying to fix the old one.
A:AnswerYes, you can typically get same day installation depending on the business of your local store. I work at Best Buy and we are often able to take care of this right away.
A:Answerv.a.t.s. is vehicle anti-theft system. thats related to the chip on the key, not with your stereo. should be a quick install. only parts needed are 40-gm-10 antenna adapter, a GM-4001 harness and a 99-3300 dash kit. good luck
A:AnswerHello! Thank you for reaching out! We do have many receivers that come with free installation. You can find them here: bby.me/aab2b. Be sure to have one of our Autotechs to check your vehicle out, before making any purchasing decision, to give you the best possible results. Please visit bby.me/y2gkb to set up a free consultation.
A:AnswerWe would need to take a look at this in order to give you any information like that. Please set up a free consultation with your local Geek Squad at http://bby.me/teppe so we can discuss this with you.
A:AnswerGreat question! The quote you likely received was provided by an employee to show the prices of the parts, labor, and time frames for the work wanted to be completed. If the sale were to end, the quote you've been provided would show the prices that you'd pay when not on promotion. If you have any other questions about our installation, call us over the phone at 1(800) GEEK-SQUAD or 1(800) 433-5778.
A:AnswerCongrats on upgrading your car. That sounds like an issue we’d want one of our Autotechs to troubleshoot. I’d recommend getting in contact with your local store to see what assistance can be offered.
A:AnswerI faced the same issue recently. I suggest you go to the customer service desk at your nearest Best buy and explain the issue before setting up your installation appointment. Also don't be surprised if they sneak in some charges inspite of calling it a free installation. I suggest you also meet the installation team directly before the appointment to confirm if you have received all the parts required for the installation. Otherwise they will make you run from pillar to.post on the day of your appointment.
