“Refund of Geek Squad Mobile Install? I have purchased a car stereo, install kits, and also the Geek Squad installation services from BB. When I brought the vehicle in for install (2 days after purchase), I was informed that they could not complete the install with my specific brand of truck (2006 Toyota Tundra). I received a refund for all the parts, but not for the install service. BB was given the year, model, and even VIN number to make sure they could complete the install ahead of time. BB's ability to not install something is not my responsibility, it's yours. How do I get my money back for the install that could not be completed and could not be remedied?”
