Installation of car JVC CD/stereo player in my 2003 Mazda Tribute. > Scheduling AND installation had multiple issues. > Tried calling the number I was given to schedule appointment. Three times with NO luck. Agent on phone said there were no openings at my store, that's by my house. > Finally, I just went into my store to see about appointments. And yes, there were openings available. > Once scheduled and dropped off, about 1/2 later, the installer called and said he did not have all (4) tools to remove existing CD/stereo, and had to order a tool. We rescheduled for 3 days later. > That appointment was delayed one hour because of the appointment ahead of me. > Install took longer than expected due to issues with removing existing CD player. ** Installer did apologize completely!!! Once completed...it was AWESOME, and a RELIEF! > Bottom line... Best Buys entire car audio installation system in flawed!! Especially the scheduling part.

I brought my truck in for a stereo upgrade. The salesman in the store was extremely helpful in getting me the best unit for my vehicle. Then we scheduled an installation.. the Geek Squad installed it very quickly, a job I used to do, but didn’t want to attempt. It looked completely professional, like a factory installation. The installer turned it on and went over all the features with me. I was totally ecstatic. I highly recommend Best Buy and use their Geek Squad!

I had bought a car stereo and I believe his name was William he had reddish hair he was amazing he did all he could to install my stereo right he had a lot of obstacles to make it right and went above and beyond to make it happen I really appreciated that and didn’t charge me more or upcharge me, he is the best I would definitely recommend and use him again

I went in there in the early evening and scheduled an appointment. Quick and easy. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted my a Best Buy employee, and we got the installation underway. Took the technician roughly 20 minutes to install my product, and it looks and plays fantastically.

Dustin did a fantastic job putting in the new Sony in my 1990 Miata-I feel like I have a new car! He explained exactly what he did and how the unit works. I can't believe how good it sounds. I drove an hour to get there but it was TOTALLY WORTH IT. Thanks Best Buy-you are still the Best!

The serviceman at the Overland Park, Kansas, Best Buy was absolutely fantastic. First, he got my new radio/cd player into my 2014 Subaru. Whle he was showing me how it worked after installation, he saw it was the wrong model from what I ordered. No problem! He switched it out and all is good! Great guy!!!

They even moved up our install date when I said it was for my daughters birthday. The young gentleman that were in the installation department were friendly and knowledgeable. They had the radio installed within the hour. Demonstration was done and we were satisfied 100%

The installer worked quickly and helped me to set up my blue tooth connection as well as my most frequently used stations.

Car stereo installation. When I got to the installation bay the technician did a very short search(picked up two items) for my equipment I had purchased but was unable to find anything. He sent me to the front to pick it up but after a ten minute search they discovered the equipment was clearly in the installation bay. The technician did not look hardly at all. Installation- stereo is very secure in its place however the molding for the bottom which came with the kit was never installed so there is a large gap which looks ridiculous and like an amateur did the job. All minor things but when I pay for an installation I expect a little pride and attention to details with the work.

I was told that I could receive credit for an item that I had purchased online and I had never used I explained to them the situation and they had told me that all I would have to do even though my 60 days was up to return cuz it's not returnable item anyways there's an online installation that I had purchased to go into a store to get a radio installed and I did not even use it so they told me that I had the option to go into the store and I would receive at least store credit for what I paid for and that's all I asked is something for what I had spent my money on instead of nothing and they told me that this would be possible to go into any store and I will receive that credit I went into the store and I did not receive anything they turned me away and told me that customer service is made to make us happy basically instead of tell us the truth and gave me a 1888-237-8289 number where I had already spoken to someone to receive this transcript of where I've already talked to them so basically they shunned me and did not do as he said he would and neither did the people that I spoke to on the chat no I would not refer anyone to this service that is based all on lies just make it seem like they are tending to their customers

Not only did he install my New Radio, but he also corrected all my speaker wires (it was a mess) now all 4 of my Truck speakers work. I have a 1987 Chevy S10 and now it looks and sounds better with this installation. He definitely took his time to do this , and that's what it takes if you want a job well done.
