I was told that I could receive credit for an item that I had purchased online and I had never used I explained to them the situation and they had told me that all I would have to do even though my 60 days was up to return cuz it's not returnable item anyways there's an online installation that I had purchased to go into a store to get a radio installed and I did not even use it so they told me that I had the option to go into the store and I would receive at least store credit for what I paid for and that's all I asked is something for what I had spent my money on instead of nothing and they told me that this would be possible to go into any store and I will receive that credit I went into the store and I did not receive anything they turned me away and told me that customer service is made to make us happy basically instead of tell us the truth and gave me a 1888-237-8289 number where I had already spoken to someone to receive this transcript of where I've already talked to them so basically they shunned me and did not do as he said he would and neither did the people that I spoke to on the chat no I would not refer anyone to this service that is based all on lies just make it seem like they are tending to their customers

The stereo sounds great. They installed it around an hour. I have a couple issues one is the way they had to trim my dashboard to make the stereo fit. I can see it in the gap that they had to put something to keep it from moving. I’m assuming because they cut too much off. Another is the lazy way they installed the Bluetooth microphone. I can feel the wire under the steering dash cover. The last issue that I noticed that at night my dash lights are more dim because a couple lights went out behind the knobs. I’m not sure if they were too rough with the dash and it made the bulbs go out. Now I’ll have to go buy new bulbs to see the controls in the dark. Wish it were installed with more professionalism.

First of all I came to Best Buy because my system stopped working. After a quick assessment It was recommended I get a new receiver, and I had a Large amp and Bass box in back of My Jeep which I wanted out it was to big taking up space. (That was a main concern) so it was recommended I get a subwoofer etc to be put under back seat. Ok and my understanding was Best Buy was going to install receiver, subwoofer and put my other amp that was on my Bass box under my front seat. Getting Rid of big box was a given, no brainer I thought, but when I got there the installer was just putting in receiver and subwoofer hooking up speakers I asked about amp under front seat, he said that wasn’t written down and besides it wouldn’t fit there etc. So that wasn’t going to be possible and then he asked me if I didn’t want the Bass in back and I said No that was a main point I wanted it gone, he said he might have time to remove it. So I left and get a phone call 10 mins later saying He could just disconnect and cut wires to remove it for $50.00 more I didn’t think I should have to pay for that considering the subwoofer they put under my back seat, the only way the seat would come down was if the Bass Box was gone. Needless to say the purchase writer and install tech (both looked at my Jeep ahead of purchase) didn’t get it at all right and cost me more to remove item. I also said if it’s not loud enough etc that If I had to come back and purchase added items like (different speakers) etc that I would, not knowing what this new system was going to sound like, and his answer was Well you did by a JEEP. And I replied yes I did have a JEEP that’s why I need something louder because of wind etc Needless to say the Geeks were not very helpful and cost me more money for something that should have been free.
